Corrections
Anyone may request a correction to any entry, not only the entry's subject. Registered users may post corrections on an entry's talk page; corrections may also be sent by email, and both routes are handled the same way. A useful request identifies the entry, the specific claim at issue, and the published source supporting the change. Correction requests are evaluated against published sources: an entry changes when the sources support the change, and does not change when they do not. Where credible sources conflict, the entry reports the discrepancy with dates and attribution rather than choosing a side.
Responses from subjects
The subject of an entry may submit a response to adverse material covered in that entry. A response attributable to the subject will be noted in the entry alongside the material it addresses.
Adding unsourced information
Requests to add information that has no published source cannot be accommodated. The path is for the subject to publish the information through its own official channels, such as a website update, an official document, a press release, or the subject's own accounts, after which it becomes citable under the site's sourcing standards.
